Church Planting Team of Northern Santa Catarina

Originally from Kentucky, we now serve as missionaries with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention in Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil.  We were appointed as career missionaries in November, 2003 and have served in Brazil since that time.  We spent our first term in Rio Grande do Sul in the far south of Brazil and now serve in Northern Santa Catarina.  Our vision is to see a network of house churches in every city and neighborhood throughout Northern Santa Catarina.

Valter and Lelia partner with us in our vision to plant house churches throughout Northern Santa Catarina.  Valter is orignally from Santa Catarina, Brazil and Lelia is from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.  They recently moved to Joinville to begin pastoring Igreja Batista Aliança (Aliança Baptist Church).
